Why my Gut Health Event is Different.

I’ve noticed that many of you are:
  • Eager to improve your gut health but don’t know what to do or where to start.
  • Cutting stuff out but not getting the results you'd hoped for.
  • Feeling confused by all the advice on free-from diets.
  • Experiencing hunger, frustration and feel like you're missing out.
  • Feeling like you are not being listened to by your healthcare provider.
  • Had all the tests done and all your results came back normal.
  • Being told 'there's nothing you can do'.

So I've broken gut healing down into five clear steps.
It's time to stop stressing over food elimination diets alone. Gut healing is much more than cutting out gluten or FODMAPs (that's often just step one!)

We also need to be considering enzymes, repopulating with friendly bacteria and supporting the actual lining of the gut so we can stop worrying about our leaky gut once and for all. My Learn to Love your Gut event will show you how.

I'll help you identify which step you need to focus on right now to start seeing results.
While there are many possible underlying causes of IBS symptoms, which I've covered before here, there are five key steps to healing your gut (based on Functional Medicine).

I'll help you identify which step you need to focus on right now to start getting results and start feeling better. And during our cooking demos and food tastings, I'll show you how to easily incorporate the right gut nourishing foods into your diet, even when you're short on time.

You'll leave knowing exactly what foods to eat and how to enjoy gut-friendly foods at home, even when you're short on time.
Experience cooking demos and taste delicious gut healing foods so you'll know exactly how to eat these foods regularly to have a positive impact on your health.

There’s not a PowerPoint in sight. Just lots of hands-on cookery demos, time to get your gut health questions answered and food tastings. I promise you will learn lots and leave inspired and feeling positive!

So many of you have told me you’ve been given the all clear by your GP and yet you still have on-going gut related health issues - this simply won't do!!! This is another huge reason why I've created this event for you. I don't want you to continue feeling let down, confused and suffering from symptoms, without hope.

I know this event will help you achieve:
  • A greater understanding and knowledge of how to make delicious meals (without simply feeling you have to cut everything out).
  • The support you need to discuss your symptoms.
  • A clear 5-step plan to work towards rebalancing your gut once and for all.

If you continue to experience the following despite being given the all-clear by your GP then this event is for you.
  • food intolerances
  • bloating
  • excessive gas
  • acid indigestion
  • constipation
  • diarrhoea
  • irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
