- Learning the basics (making soups or pasta sauces from scratch) as well as time-saving kitchen hacks
- Exploring how to make delicious great-tasting food even while following a restricted diet or avoiding certain trigger foods. For example a dairy free or wheat free diet, vegetarian or vegan diets.
- Learning to batch cook and meal plan like a pro all with the help from a highly experienced nutritionist.
- Discovering how easy and enjoyable it is to cook with gut healthy foods, daily.
- Being creative while following a gut healing programme.

My main motive in approaching Mary for a cooking lesson was to learn how to prepare a balanced meal that also tasted good.
Mary was patient with my amateur cooking skills and was happy to explain the reasons behind the various ingredients as we went along. She was also happy to structure a lesson based on my lifestyle and food preferences.
