Corporate nutrition workshops, seminars and clinics

Lunch n' Learn workshops
An interactive class for up to 30 people, which can cover a topic of your choice in some depth. Scroll down for popular nutrition workshop topics. 

Full- or half-day nutritionist drop-in sessions
Your team get their nutrition related health concerns answered. Twenty-minute appointments can be pre-booked so they can ask more personal health related questions in confidence. If they bring a one-day food diary we can also run through this together and agree simple changes that can have a significant impact on how they feel.
