It’s about time you START LIVING without:
Being bloated and sluggish
Feeling fed up and flatulent
Gnawing burning sensations
Your skin always breaking out
Always rushing to find a loo
Food just “sitting there” after each meal
Feeling like there’s nothing you can do (there is!)
Each week builds on the last to create habits that last. You’ll benefit from meals, protocols and community.
Week 1 - 1st March: Rethink the Plate
It’s time to start playing detective and pinpoint possible trigger foods. We’ll cover what the major gut irritants are, and how to rethink your plate so it’s anti-inflammatory and more suitable for sensitive tummies. MASTERCLASS - Friday 5th March
Week 2 - 8th March: Replace
This week is all about reducing your risk of bloating, gas, food intolerance and nutrient deficiencies. Food intolerance is often a ‘processing’ issue. This is where enzymes and stomach acidity are so SO important! I’ll show you what foods support digestive enzyme secretion and balance stomach acidity and how to eat them. MASTERCLASS - Friday 12th March
Week 3 - 15th March: Repair
Discover which foods help support a healthy gut lining, minimising “leaky gut” and inflammation. I’ll explain which foods to focus on and how best to incorporate them into your daily life. MASTERCLASS - Friday 19th March Extra Bonus: Cook Along Live Lunch with me!
Week 4 - 22nd March: Replenish
Meet friendly bacteria, discover fermentation and learn to trust your gut with these age-old processes. I’ll explain the differences between prebiotic and probiotic foods and supplements, including when and how to use them. MASTERCLASS - Friday 26th March Extra Bonus: Fermentation demo with fermentation expert Ruth Munro of Edinburgh Fermentarium. She'll show us how to make sauerkraut from scratch.
Week 5 - 29th March: Rebalance
Stress, anxiety and the gut are deeply connected and can be a driver for IBS. We’ll look at how the gut and brain communicate and how to balance it all. MASTERCLASS - Friday 2nd April Extra Bonus: Guided yoga nidra session and mindful breathing tips with Katy Wakefield yoga and yin expert. What is yoga nidra? Yoga nidra is a yogic sleep, a state of consciousness somewhere between sleep and wakefulness, similar to the "going-to-sleep" stage. It's a guided meditation while lying comfortably on the floor (no yoga poses involved). It's an amazing stress reliever and something I practise myself regularly.
