Week 1 (29th October 2021) - Rethink the Plate
It’s time to start playing detective and pinpoint possible trigger foods. We’ll cover what the major gut irritants are, and how to rethink your plate so it’s anti-inflammatory and more suitable for sensitive tummies.
Week 2 (5th November 2021) - Replace
This week is all about reducing your risk of bloating, gas, food intolerance and nutrient deficiencies. Food intolerance is often a ‘processing’ issue. This is where enzymes and stomach acidity are so SO important! I’ll show you what foods support digestive enzyme secretion and balance stomach acidity and how to eat them.
Week 3 (12th November 2021) - Repair
Discover which foods help support a healthy gut lining, minimising “leaky gut” and inflammation. I’ll explain which foods to focus on and how best to incorporate them into your daily life. This weeks masterclass includes a Cook Along Live Lunch with me!
Week 4 (19th November 2021) - Replenish
Meet friendly bacteria, discover fermentation and learn to trust your gut with these age-old processes. I’ll explain the differences between prebiotic and probiotic foods and supplements, including when and how to use them.
Bonus fermentation class with Ruth from Edinburgh Fermentarium. Learn how to make your own probiotic sauerkraut and gut friendly fizz.
Week 5 (26th November 2021) - Rebalance
Stress, anxiety and the gut are deeply connected and can be a driver for IBS. We’ll look at how the gut and brain communicate and how to balance it all.

How long is the programme and what are the dates? The programme is five weeks in length and includes five group masterclasses including Q&A, plus regular support from me inside a dedicated Facebook group.
Our first masterclass takes place on Friday 29th October at 12pm and we end on Friday 26th November 2021. Bonus classes in weeks 4 and 5 take place on Wednesdays at 12pm.
How will the programme be delivered? All modules will be held via free-to-download video software Zoom.
What support is there between each weekly session? You will be supported via a private Facebook group for the duration of the programme Do I need to attend all the sessions live? Each weekly masterclass will be recorded and saved in the Facebook group so you can watch each masterclass again at a time that suits you.
Who will be supporting you? Mary Cotter is a Registered Nutritional Therapist with over seven years experience. She helps you identify what’s at the heart of your gut health issues quickly and effectively so you can: get excited about mealtimes, feel more energised and find the freedom to love life again. Her experience delivering group programmes extends to the cancer charity Rainbow Valley, Nuffield Health and Revive Yoga Breaks. Her main areas of expertise are gut health and intimate female health as a result of dealing with a painful bladder condition.
